TEGNA Election 2024
From September 2023 through Election Day, I worked with our Art Director and a Senior Designer to build the look and feel of TEGNA's 2024 Elections Package. I built the Chyron Prime templates, the After Effects templates behind the live-updating electoral map, and toolkits for station staff, and I was the bridge between the Motion Design and CG teams. It's my most end-to-end project to date.

the brief & constraints
Election coverage needs one visual system that can handle fast-moving data, live map updates and station-level customization without losing clarity or consistency.
the broadcast system
We developed the package from concept through Election Day. I built the Chyron Prime templates powering the live electoral map, designed map-driven infographics, and created toolkits so every station had a responsive, cohesive package ready for a high-stakes night.
